In the summer of 2018, I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a B.A. (Hons) in 2D Digital Animation, and now I work within Blue Zoo as a Scene Build Artist on the Nickelodeon show "It's Pony".
As a child I enjoyed making comic strips to share with my friends who would often ask me to add them in as characters. When I grew older I realised that if I developed my skills I could turn my hobby into a career by becoming an animator.
Studying animation at degree level gave me the opportunity to explore several aspects of the creative process and I enjoyed both working on my own and being part of a team. I soon developed a reputation for story-boarding, character animation and lip-syncing. I then got a job at Blue Zoo on "It's Pony" as a Scene Build Artist, before moving onto Numberblocks as a storyboard artist.
I remain passionate about a career in animation, and keen to continue learning through working in the industry. I'm fun to work with and can be relied upon to add a spark of creative madness.
